Belated congratulations to Andy Collins on his appointment as new Chairman to the Lancia Motor Club.

Andy has helped run Betaboyz since 2002 and hosted many Beta events at his home in Tiddlywinks, Wiltshire with the highlight of the year being the Bristol Italian Car Day after show BBQ (info on the 2011 events page)

I know Andy’s massive passion for the Lancia Marque will put him in good stead for his new position.

Well Done Andy!!

Seriously Tony, you really must try to keep up to date.

Thanks chaps.

The aim is that this Car Club stuff should be fun and enjoyable ... and that is my main aim for the term of my Chairmanship. To make it all fun. To make it more interractive with the membership and more relevant.

We have a great LMC Committee, and some excellent events planned. For instance the National Weekend at the end of July is going to be a corker! Would be good to see as many Beta owners attending as possible.

Also, let's not forget that next year sees 40 years of the Beta, and the LMC is always very happy to give as much support as practical to any serious event ideas that are planned! LMC and the Beta Forum could work together to make it a Ruby Anniversary to remember!

Cheers

Andy
