As mentioned Mark has them listed, but may not suit everyone’s pocket., if you find a local fabricator I have one from a Strada 130 which could be modified, though not a trivial mod. It would however give you the flange and pipe work to start from. Kevin has the jig and the optimal primary / secondary lengths but he has a waiting list and they aren't cheap. Beatifully made though. I think Chris' coupe has one.
