Nice positve (if short) bit in the market watch section of PC this month (Page 119 when you're in Smiths !)

Essentially saying that people have got over the rust thing and have noticed what bargains they are so prices are on the up and are predicted to go up a bit more.

This happened with the Fulvia a couple of years ago and I've had my fingers crossed ever since, although the current economic situation could put this all on hold.
On the other hand one of the great attractions of the Beta over the years has been it's value for money. Once a classic hits £5K things are never the same, but cars are also far less likely to be scrapped. The LMC site has several threads with Fulvias being restored absolutely from the ground up, this would still be an absolute labour of love with a Beta, whereas these Fulvias (admittedly mainly Sports. Fanalones etc.) could easily fetch £14K.

recognise the car didn't someone on here own it? To be on a Y plate it must have sat in a field a very long time before sale you can get X plated injection cars!!

Certainly looks the part, experimental value perhaps? If thats original paint and parts i'm very impressed.

it's no more impressive than Steve Thompson's VX and that is original, if he sees this he'll start thinking he's won the lottery
