Come on guys, your not making this easy! 3 votes each for Beta Bash and Beta Gathering respectively, with 2 for Beta Meeta. So we can scrap the rest, which one's guna run away with it then? Or shall we call it, The Beta Meeta Gathering Bash And you cant tell me 8 people use the forum, there's 11 down to come! Make your vote count, even if you won't be able to make it; otherwise i'll have to decide and you don't want that, remember I bought a £99 estate car and turned it into a track car

Just thinking ahead to 2011, i saw comments about having a meet more central, so would anyone like to offer to organise next years event?

Any interest in having a little drive around the local area on the day?

I thought Tonys coupé was off the road pending new rear arches/paint and maybe a VX lump?
Is there enough time to get it back on the road Tony?

not looking good, might have to be a Lancia Beta Prisma still saving up some pennies for the bodywork, what ever happens I will be there in a Lancia even if I borrow one from Mr Collins

Sounds like a good idea to me. Is there a "start time" for getting to Kilver Court?

Sorry for the slow reply, I wanted to run things past the Kilver Court people first before commiting times. I have said to them a start time of 9am. This is a very rough time for cars to arrive from; so under no pressure if you get lost or will be later arriving at the event. I am looking into a little drive we can do sometime during the day, as Kilver Court are happy for us to arrive and depart as we wish; with a rough finish time of 5pm.

I think it'll be a get the map out and decide on the day job, but Jonathon and myself have looked at the map, and a trip through the gorge towards cheddar looks to be on the cards, nice road, not long but around an hour journey in total to get back to kilver court. 1. lanciamad - Marcus - HPE 2. Derek - HPE 3. Theo - Trevi 4. Stuart - Spider (or 406 Coupe depending on progress...) 5. TreviDash - βeta Berlina serie tre 6. Matt - Coupe 7. Tony - Lancia Beta Prisma 8. Mark W - HPE (if ready) 9. Jonathon - Coupe 10. Andy C - Beta Berlina 2000ES 11. Miles - Spider 12. Steven / Amanda - Spyder 13. John B - Coupe 14. Tony Field - Trevi (Possibly) Two Trevi's in the same place, both road worthy, surely a first for the car events of this year

Excellent idea. There are some great driving roads near Cheddar Gorge. We had the Gamma Consortium meeting in the area in 2006. More pictures of the 2006 Gamma Consortium meeting here http://www.gammaconsortium.com/GCM2006/index.htm

The Address is: Kilver Court Shepton Mallet, Somerset BA4 5NF More details can be found on: http://www.kilvercourt.com/It’s £2 per car to park on the viaduct, I have organised for us to arrive from 9am (don’t turn up earlier than this as it won’t be open) and for all of us to be departed before 5pm. Kilver court would appreciate if any group members would like lunch to reserve a table on arrival as Saturday is a very busy day for them and they also have a large wedding on that day as well. Alternatively feel free to bring your own.
