After the last few days, when a neighbour unfortunately hit my dads HPE due to being blinded by the sun Sad (Snow/Ice contributed)

The cars have been tucked up in the drive...

Luckily the wing should be able to be pulled out and made like new, the bumper was scuffed as well as the door, so why its all being done it'll be treated to an almost perfect front bumper, replacing the original suffering from the rubber being pushed out by a rusty bolt.

I cannot even get my cars off the drive there is so much snow/ice!

WFH as the roads are deadly  Grin

Cats both have "cabin fever" and are driving me mad  Sad

I drove my BMW back from Basingstoke when the snow hit there just before Christmas and I can honestly say 340 BHP, RWD + snow, ice and idiots is a scary mix!   Shocked Shocked Shocked

Put a set of snow tyres on 14" HF Turbo rims and the Delta isn't going to get stopped my much. I've very fond memories of driving my Integrale to work accross the fens and annoying a lot of people that claimed they couldn't get into work from 5 miles away. They were made to take a days holiday as me and a few others had dragged ourselves in !

I remember my (then) 2000hf being fab in the snow lots of engine flexibility (the injection version will run down to a snails pace without stalling), that low alloy flat 4 ahead of the front wheels, front wheel drive, relatively narrow tyres  and the perfect geometry of an in line engine and double wishbones
