Coupe Boot floor

Hi,

I'm in the middle of restoring a VX Coupe and have to replace the part of the boot floor where the fuel filler goes through. It doesn't look too difficult to fabricate apart from the actual raised and curved part with the hole for the filler pipe. I would be dreaming if I thought this section was available as a repair panel! So does any-one know of or have a car which might have a useable part of this section which could be cut out and welded onto sheet steel to make this panel?
