Chassis Plate 1980 Beta Spyder 2000

There is no chassis plate on my 1980 Beta Spyder 2000 - which in itself is a little worrying although the car is great in every other respect. I can get a new one made but need a pattern so could any Spyder 2000 owner send me a photo of the chassis plate or of any Spyder plate you happen to have lurking in a parts box somewhere?  And with your car's numbers covered of course.
