Haha yes - I had already spotted that engine and was looking at it with a jaundiced eye!
I would never buy a "rebuilt" engine from some random person on Ebay don't worry - I am too old and have made far too many painful mistakes in the past to consider that as an option.
Also, I'd prefer to keep the car fairly original, apart from some extra power if possible and uprated brake components / bushes etc. Stuff you can't see basically.
I had some 24v heads from an Alfa Busso 3.0 V6 rebuilt by Hamlins Engineering in Bridgwater, Somerset and they did a great job.
