EBC have discs on the shelf.
I have just taken delivery of front and rear discs from their online shop.
Reasonable prices considering how hard they can be to get hold of, so I stuck a set on the shelf.

Thought it might be useful to know.

Thanks for the heads-up - I need a set of rears and have been looking for a while.

Have just placed order for discs and pads all round!

Ordered Sunday night delivered this morning - £184 delivered for discs and pads for all four corners.

Hope they prove to be OK.  Will provide feedback when I come to fit them and after use.

Wish they had managed this more recently, I had a battle finding the rears in december!

Yes, I  have been looking online for a while for rears without much success so pounced on these.  I've had a quick "looksy" at the items, and interestingly whilst the front discs are stamped as 2020 the rears are stamped as 2017 ....?

Me too, I paid more for a pair of rear discs last year than all 4 last week.
As 4 EBC brakes, I’ve been using them for years on the motorbikes. Can’t complain.

If you need them, there are still some available outside the UK: https://www.bielstein.com/Brake-disc-rear-axle-set-2-pieces-Lancia-Beta
I don't know which make they are, but I have a set on the way for my Spider, so I'll know in a few days  Smiley

I had a chat with Elizabeth at Omicron once about the price of parts when purchasing bits for another Lancia. She politely and patiently talked me through something of the financial reality of sourcing and stocking parts. I wrote out the largish cheque with humility and gratitude!

I have also ordered a full set of discs from Bielstein for my Spyder - they were a total of 291 Euros including postage.  I have just been notified by parcel force that they are held up, awaiting a customs charge & VAT of a further £65.96, making this the most expensive set of discs I have ever bought, coming to a total of £314.96!!  Ouch  Shocked
This is obviously one of the "cons" of leaving the EU!

Hi

Check to make sure you were not charged VAT originally as there should not be any, in which case you would have had to pay VAT on top at source, so the total would not have changed that much.

Some suppliers can register to collect U.K. vat and as such you would not be charged VAT on entry.

Thanks Peter - I haven't had any communication whatsoever from Bielstein yet, so can't see what their invoice lists.  The discs are supposed to be arriving today, so we shall see whats in the box!

Weirdly, not 10 minutes after writing this, my discs arrived from germany!  After unboxing, they look good quality and nicely protected with a coating of grease / goop.  On inspection, they are manufactured by an Italian company called "Intercar S.p.A" based in Brescia.

Also, I didn't pay VAT twice, which is reassuring!

Thanks for the details, interestingly the fronts show in their website catalogue, but the rears do not.

Hi

That was my thought, rears have been an issue for a while. I have emailed the manufacturer just to confirm as I have the old part nos.

Heads up.

Just noticed EBC have another 5 pairs of both front and rear discs showing on their website POTN.

£80 fronts, £78 rear and 15% off Black Friday thingy.
