anyone found a method to pull out the inevitable big dents that appear on the subframe of almost all Betas where they've been carelessly jacked up at one time or another?

Probably the best method would be to cut out the damage area and weld in new metal.

well maybe but it rather spoils the structural integrity in areas without corrosion
