Not a simple question remember that the head is reversed, exhaust at front

Another option is to start with a VX head

Darren
If you’re interested, I have a rather nice ported head that’s now available. Originally from a 132, it’s had the inlets opened to 43mm and has had a proper porting job done that would be very good if you’re running 45s. It was built for a monte some time ago but spent more recent years on a grass track racer. The cams are reprofiled but I can’t give you an accurate spec and anyway I think you have your own cams in mind.  I’ve removed 2 of the valves, for inspection purposes only, but they’re all nice and straight and the pressure test was spot on.  Just let me know if this is any good to you otherwise I’ll put it on eBay shortly.

Darren
Demon Tweeks seem to do a ‘reasonable’ price for Weber 45s, plus your choice of linkage, but jetting will depend on what spec (CR etc) you’ve chosen. Have a chat with whoever you choose for the rolling road final setup and they should be able to advise; for info, GCRE always recommend Northampton Motorsport for that bit. They’ll be my chosen team once my engine’s ready... probably late summer.

If you are very pedantic for the right period look you need a nice pair of used refurbished dcoe as modern ones aren't made in Italy.

You’re absolutely right Alan. And I’m leaving that purchase until last so please do let me know if you’re aware of anything good out there.
