Hello,
I have what I think is a common problem with my spider. The rear cover does not make a seal at the sides at the corners.
Am I right in thinking this is a common problem? And does anyone has a solution?
Cheers.

I am guessing you have a new hood? It should have a push clip/button on both corners to hold it down.

No it should not!

Factory hoods never had poppers in the corners - they just relied on the stiffness of the material to hold it in place. As the material shrinks it can pull away. Inserting two pieces of stiff wire into the edge beading can help keep it in place

yes, thanks, it's the shinking material, I'll try some stiffeners but it looks like a hinge might be required. But I doubt it'll be a good fix.
Or a new roof. I have some contacts in the States so maybe they can bring one back which I've seen advertised over there.
