Chrome list/moulding assy for windshield on HPE 78´

Hi there!

I have to change the windshield on my beta 2000. I´ve been told by the auto shop i´m using that the chrome around the windshield is glued, so it needs replacing. Are these possible to get hold of? If not, what is the best way to solve this?

I suspect they are no longer available.

BUT

They should carefully cut around them and remove, then clean them up and reuse them. They are stainless steel not chromed so apart from bending them, they will outlast the car......
