As regards rad hoses the s2 fl2 cars have a different radiator position and also two different radiator styles which use different houses to earlier cars, NA cars may well be different again
First time I'd heard the facelift referred to as Series 3 I think, but I checked 'La Lancia' and you are right. Confusingly there is no reference to Series 4 though, just Facelift 2. US cars are listed separately throughout, as is the Volumex.
Not the 'Bible' I thought it was though, as I noticed while looking that it shows the '2nd & 3rd Series' 1300 Coupes as having the same engine etc., which of course, they don't. As you've said before I think much of the confusion stems from the paucity of reliable records from Lancia at that time. Strange when you see the still immaculate copperplate production records from the 1950's. I always wonder if Fiat 'got rid' of some records to confuse the Italian tax authorities?
