Hi guys
Need some advise on a set of ANSA headers.

I have a 1976 beta 2 litre carbed and have found a Set of ANSA headers that are 4-2-1 but they are off a
1800.

Will this 1800 header still Fit my 2000?

Regards

They will bolt on, though i'm not sure about clearance where they curve under the car as the 2lt block is taller.

They will just clear the crossmember and sway bay. You'll need to heatwrap the header or you will cook the rubber boots on the steering rack.

Also be aware the bolt pattern and positioning of the ports on the heads differs. If you put a 1600 header (with I think this one will be) on a 2 litre it may mask the exhaust ports  - its not big deal you can just redrill the holes 1/4" or so offset but best to check first. Use the old exhaust manifold gasket as a guide.

Hi Stuart, we never got the 1600 in Australia. Started as 1800 and then 2000.

Hi
The headers are from the states. So they might be off a1600.
I decided not to buy them as the price was too much.

I can get them made here in Oz.
Thanks guys
