Lancia Motor Club Trackday 24 May 2014

Once again, this historic circuit is available for the exclusive use of the Lancia Motor Club, other invited clubs and guests.

All you need is a roadworthy car and a helmet. Drive at your own pace, and in your own space.
With just eight cars running in each session the circuit will seem pretty empty!
An instructor will be on hand to offer advice.

The circuit operates with strict overtaking rules and right of way for slower cars giving safety to every precious vehicle.
The cost will be £185.00 per car for the whole day or £110 for half day (please state preference of am or pm). The circuit will be open from 9.00am to 5.00pm with a one hour lunch break. A queuing system operates and you may join for as many 12-15 minute sessions as you wish.

Members of the LMC may ride as passengers free of charge. Temporary membership is available at £12.00 for non-member passengers payable on the day.  Spectators are welcome free of charge. Full instructions will be sent out three weeks prior to the event.
Please note that the noise limit is 98dBA – fine for road cars but noisy competition cars owners may like to check their cars before entering.

After the terrible weather forecast for Goodwood, it stayed dry for the whole day  Cheesy

A couple of Beta's and a  Monte attended including Mark Goldsmiths beautiful Coupe, also a couple came over from Germany.
They were doing a tour of the UK and included the trackday. I briefly spoke with them promising to return later for a proper chap, and give them a link to the pics.
Sadly I didn't manage to see them later, if anyone knows the owner please pass on the photo links.

Some great cars there.

I don't think I've ever seen a Flamminia Touring Spyder in the flesh  - let alone one being put round a track!
