Brown Coupe M25 today

........broken down on the hard shoulder near Heathrow, clockwise, earlier.

Think it was a 'T' reg starting with a C.

The two occupants,man and woman in their 60's, were walking towards the nearby SOS phone

I was unable to stop,sorry, hope you got sorted without too much hassle.
