Hi,

Can bring along the Group 4 Mid-Engine Beta (aka Mick's monster) as I am now based in Warminster area if needed?

Its an easy run for me and enjoyed the event with my Fulvia a couple of years ago.

Dear All,
all being well we will bring our HPE Volumex up from Somerset. At this momemt it is with Western Lancia having a bit of "nip and tuck" surgery to the scuttle and tailgate etc. We will submit the form tonight. Are we going to meet up at the services to procession into the docks or meet at another point?
Looking forward already,
Chas,
(VxdeMAYO). Smiley

I have paid for a slot this year, it was a great day last year so looking forward to it.

Won't be able to attend the BBQ this year as have family commitments in the evening.

More details:

The Bristol Italian Auto Moto Festival has become a regular and popular feature in the Beta calendar.
It is an excellent day for all the family, as it is held in the middle of Bristol, enabling the car lovers to view the splendid array of Italian cars, and those not quite so keen on Italian metal, quick and easy access to Bristol’s excellent shopping areas. The event is organised by the Bristol Italian Auto Moto Club, and attendance for your car needs to be booked in advance. Please see this link to their website for booking.
There will be a good Beta presence at this event, so book early to ensure your slot.

as always this event could not be run without volunteers to marshal cars in and out, if you are able to help please contact Paul Hanmore on the biamf web site.

After the event in Bristol City centre, the other now legendary feature in the calendar is the after-event BBQ at Andy Collins’ place, just outside Chippenham (about 20 miles from Bristol). Last year we had nearly 60 Lancisti back at Andy’s and it never ceases to be a fun and enjoyable evening. This year the format is similar to the usual one, arrive with drink, bring something to sling on the BBQ and a fiver per person towards sundries. Soft drinks, and periphery food (rolls, breads, sauces, cheeses, nibbles, salads, pickles etc) are all provided, and if you wish to stay over, there is camping space available.

Tony

I am pleased to confirm my (slightly modified?!) Montecarlo has been accepted for this great Bristol event so I will now get the rest of the details like where to sleep organised.

Cheers

That's a shame - was looking forward to making it this year.  Ah well - hope it's nothing serious and will see you at the show.

Cheers

I will probably be joining the M4 at J17 so could meet @ Leigh Delamere Services just after that Junction?

What time do you think you will hit that point?

Cheers, Mark.

Its about 30mins from the Leigh Delamere Services into Bristol, so aim to leave there at 8:15ish?

So could meet there at 8AM, I will probably need to fill up again anyway! Wink
