Wiper Relay

Where abouts is the wiper relay located please?

You mean the intermittent relay?
Attached to the steering column/pedal box.
Remove the plastic cover under the dash to gain access - its screwed to the column as opposed to clipped on (indicator relay)
All other relays are located in the fuse box (non hidden like modern cars)
