I used to have diamond cut alloys on my E46 M3, they look great but if you Kerb them then you can only have them recut twice, then you start affecting the integrity of the wheel, which means the wheel is thrown away. :-(
The other thing is you'll need to frequently apply sealant/polish as there is no lacquer. I used Poorboys which is excellent and keeps brake dust, salt and general road crap from discolouring the alloy face.
Now, if your car is for high days and holidays the I'd say diamond cut alloys would be fine, for a daily driver I think they take too much looking after and are too costly if they get kerbed.
Granted the M3's alloys were 19" so they were £100+ each to cut. what do you pay for 14" out of onterest??
I've seen some diamond cut alloys left with circular machining marks, so I'd check the quality first, but it sounds like your committed already.
Not trying to put you off, just sharing my experiences.

I don't think Lancia offered optional wheels on the Beta? The HiFi had different alloys but otherwise the distinctive Beta alloy survived the life of the car. They even appeared on the odd Delta and Dedra I think?

They look like a style that were fitted to Delta/Prisma but it's been such a long time since I've seen a set I can't be sure.
What size are they? 14/15? 6.5 or 7J etc....

To my inexperienced eye, they look like a cross between standard Beta 14" alloys and 16v Thema 15" alloys.

Are they not just the standard allows with the diamond cut on the surface ? I'm pretty sure the Coupe ie on E-Bay at the moment is wearing a set too.

These are just standard Beta alloys with polished spokes. Never offered by Lancia but easy enough to do yourself if you have the time/inclination. Very smart when newly done, need constantly cleaned and polished to maintain the shine though.

Are they lacquered over the polished sections?
