inner tie rod ends

I have an 81 Beta Zagato with power steering; and need to replace my inner tie rod ends .... anyone know of a source, or x-ref to another vehicle that would fit... lots of online search only shows up outside tie rod ends.  Also need a right rack rubber mount ... I suspect for this, i'll have to use a cut hose; again unless someone knows of a rubber mount (inside the metal clamp) that works from another vehicle.   Ideas/suggestions?
