Hi

The OE idler has a circlip and the bearing can be replaced. Non OE can be sealed so need the whole assembly which is a bit more difficult to find. The bearing itself is easy to find.

A quick Google on the filter should find one for you

Any ideas where to start in sourcing a stockist for either the replacement bearing or sealed unit ?
Checked Betaboyz parts and nothing there

Hi

See this thread

http://www.betaboyz.myzen.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=4078.0

Remember the complete tensioner pulley is different for 1600 and 2000 in diameter but the bearing is the same for both

As to stockist on the bearing any decent bearing supplier will have them, sorry no idea on complete assembly

Hi Matrix,

Just read your PM and thought i'd put this here.

I got mine from RS under the part number 3205-A-2RSITN9/HT33

This is just the bearing, it fitted with no effort into my carrier. I think
it is held in with a circlip, and is a loose interference fit.

Hope that helps

Thanks Nigel I'll give them a try
I have been looking direct from suppliers e.g. Ricambo and on Ebay prices are all over the place from £25 to over £100 and each time they say they fit Beta but they seem too large at 28mm diameter
Some sites asks for the OEM part number which I don't know and without that can't get much further but may be able to make some progress now

Hi

Just checked, I bought 2RS1TN9/MT33 SKF from Bearing King LTD earlier this year, price was £34 delivered.
