Hi all. My first post on the forum. Recently bought an '81 2000 coupe out of Melbourne and am tidying her up a bit at the moment but she's pretty sound. Have been an Alfa guy for years and have a couple of 105 coupe' and a 83 GTV6 so this is a bit of a branch out for me but have had a hankering for a Beta since my mate owned one in the 80's so finally!

Welcome Alfaboy.

We love photos, so please post some.
[check photo posting, they have to be quite low in pixels]

Engine and interior are always, to me anyway, the most interesting.
I've got an 'Australian' 84 HPE here in the UK which came to me with a load of
emissions equipment, since deleted. I wonder if you have to retain that stuff on
an old car?

Enjoy the car, Nigel
