Hello

Could any of you help with identifying this part ?. It's 4.5cm at its max length and breadth.

That looks like the clamp that holds the distributor in place. Could be something else, but difficult to tell due to not being sure of scale. Take a photo of the piece next to something like a tea mug for scale.

That's exactly what it is. It holds the dizzy in place or the blanking plug if the dizzy is elsewhere.
