Dear All (and Matt),
firstly thanks Matt for letting me know the capacity of the gearbox, I thought it was a little under 2 litres or so.

Secondly, whilst on the hunt for this elusive oil, I found a local Fiat Garage that had only 10 litres left, who asked me if I wanted a deal on the lot?
The upshot is I have now 8 litres available, (enough for 4 gearboxes) for 4 members out there at cost, (only £5.00 per litre)!
Remember that using a generic brand might be problematical, as these boxes are notorious for ""notchy gear changes" when cold, and the wrong oil will make the situation worse! Tutela ZC90 is the correct spec in the handbook.
Is there anybody who wants some? I will send it by royal mail well packed at near cost to me
Be quick!  Grin

Dear Matt,
thanks for that, I would "PM" (personal message?) you, but for the fact that accessing your email via the members listings requires me to allow a re-configuring with an "Outlook 2007" package.
Let me have your email the normal way and I will send you payment details etc.
All the best,
Chas,

Chas,  You dont have to reconfigure Outlook or any other mail program.  PM's are sent within the SMF forum only. (You can have email notification if you recieve a PM to the mail you registered with... but this will be covered in an Admin post soon)   Just click on my name in the left hand column by any post and under the "Actions" in the left hand column there is Send Personal Mesage option, click on that and it'l  bring up the PM screen.  Simples :-)

PS - I'm not being greedy - its just I have 2 Betas. Grin

The blue car has had fresh transmission oil put in it but I reckon its not been changed for donkeys years, so the new oil I put in will be used for 500 miles of so and then flushed.

The red Coupe will be serviced in early March so I'll change the gearbox oil then.
