Starter Motor Part numbers

Does anyone have the p/n's for the Beta starter motors?

Ideally I'm looking for the p/n's for the S2/FL 2000 normally aspirated engine.

The spare that I had in the garage turned out to be for an Alfa 164 (I'm obviously getting old and forgetful).

While looking for a spare starter motor for my Beta as mine is a bit suspect eventually found one from a company on Fleabay for £60 delivered.  Beats the £100 people are asking for a used/s/hand one on fleabay - where do they get these wild prices from I wonder?

It should arrive Wednesday or Thursday and I'll fit it then have my original reconned.  Will post up details of supplier after its all fitted and OK.

that is a good price Matt. What make is it ?
I just replaced the original Marelli unit with a reconned Bosch one, put a new connecter on the starter wire and its working well

Its arrived today - Magneti Marelli unit.  The last one they had by all accounts.

£44.90 and £14.95 delivery!  top stuff - am v pleased indeed.
