Have been meaning to get some correct size new "boots" for my coupe for some time.  Car has been running on some rather tired 185/60/14 Pirellis for too long and have been periodically searching for suitable H rated tyres in the correct standard size.

Noticed a few weeks ago Mytyres and various German ebay listings showing Pirelli P1s 175/70/14 H for bargain prices - suspect that these may be a few years old - Have just bought a set of 4 new albeit DOT 2016 (age) for £152 delivered.

Just thought others may be interested .........

That's a good price. I've used mytyres.co.uk a few times and they've always been very good.

Looking at what else is available in the 175 size I think that's a no brainer. Annoyingly when I get my car back on the road I'll have to replace all four due to age  - loads of tread left but more than 10 years old + 150 bhp isn't a good recipe.
