Hi All

Just curious if anyone knows why there is a rear spring plate at the top of the rear springs between the spring and the rubber bush and there is not one on the front springs?

I thought I had missed it out when I did the fronts, but on checking the parts book, there is not one.

Must be a technical reason, also the rear rubber pad is much thicker. At the back most Betas run without the metal ring as they corrode away to nothing!

Is it because the front struts turn on that bearing pad? Would a plate interfere with this?

I see in an old post Matt had these rear plates remanufactured. I tried messaging Matt to see if he still had any or access to the tool still, but guess he is no longer responding to this forum.

Anyone have any of these for sale?

Thanks

I bought one from cavillito some years ago bit pricey though. Assuming you mean mattnovat you could message Matt on Facebook. By the way all forum notifications, at least on Gmail, end up in spam no matter how many times they are marked 'not spam' so he may not have seen the message
