Beta based kit car - not a Stratos?

Does anyone know anything about the car mentioned here ?

Is it another Stratos rip off or something else ?

I think it's one of the early replicas of the Lancia 037.

There is one guy on the Stratos forum that still makes the kit, albeit vastly improved quality from the early  kits, it uses a Monte as the base and was very tempting after I sold my first Hawk HF3000.  He's based in Blackpool IIRC.
