Prompted by another thread, I thought I'd get this up as a poll.

And yes I know that I haven't listed the Monte Carlo.  That's because it's not a proper Beta Wink

My vote goes for the Spyder (with the hood down), closely followed by the HPE

Had to go with Coupe, in the absence of a Montecarlo vote! Grin Grin  Can't see the attraction of the Spyder - it doesn't work for me - HPE is a close second to the Coupe, which I still love and will have another one somewhen!  That's the great thing about the Beta series over and above any other range of Lancias - there's so many to choose from!!

Cheers

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But, in practice, there is.

Dear Hawk,
best get a tin hat as well!
Now that wea've firmly put our feet in it a poll is a great idea, however from where I'm coming from I would have titled it "Which Beta varient most succeeded it's design brief", then the HPE would have won, (Stylish, sexy and able to carry dogs, piano's, pot plants and coupe parts etc).
Cunning eh?
Chas,

Sounds like you have a similar wife to me!  I have 2 Montecarlos of my own, plus another I'm collecting another on Monday, there's also a Megane - a Freelander (just visiting - engine swap for a friend and hopefully being collected this evening) plus another Monte being delivered for a slew of work, another next Friday - although they're new customers for the business.

All that, and I've turned the garden upside down getting the garage/workshop ready to start work! I've got a plan for some 2 wheeled stuff, but I don't have the time for it at the mo!

Apologies to Hawk - don't want to hi-jack this thread - even if you did miss out the best of the Betas! Wink

Cheers
