Hi
I have been looking to put some larger wheels on my lancia beta spyder.
I do not really want to make any modficiations to the rear wheels arches so just wanted to get some ideas of what sizes fellow members are running.
Would like to keep the wheel sizing as close to original as possible so minimise speedo changes.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
many thanks
Simon

195/50 15 or 195/45 16 are pretty much spot on. 8V Integrale wheels seem like a good choice if you must 'upgrade'
205/40 17 is the closest you'll get on a 17" rim but they're getting on for an inch bigger in diameter and I don't know if 205s fit the arches.

Simon,
I'm running a set of Compomotive 15x6 on my Beta Coupe. No mods necessary, they took care of the offset change. Running a 60 series tyre, I've not had any speedo issues.

45mm. The late cars went down to 37mm, but also went to 5 x 100pcd.
Bigger wheels & tyres may well be heavier than what you have at the moment, lower profile tyres will be stiffer, and wider tyres will deaden steering feel somewhat (and make it heavier). What do you hope to achieve with bigger wheels?
Offsets that are different to the designed offset can cause strange handling and premature failure of things like wheel bearings and so on.

The 15"x6" 4x98 pcd rims of the Delta integrale 8v had ET40. The 15"x7" 4x98 pcd ones of the Delta integrale 16v were ET27 (these are the ones I mounted in the VX; massive grip improvement) . Later integrales (evos) where ET37 AND 5x98 p.c.d.

I like the Delta HF integrale 16v ones, they are 205-50-15 and fit perfect while give a sort of 037 look, dont flame me haha

Delta HPE (Integrale style) wheels are ET37 and 4x98.
I have them with Integrale brakes on my Coupe. 215/40/R16
They had to be spaced a small bit so all could fit.
