I solved the stalk issue by fitting a left-hand-drive unit which spins everything around to the 'correct' sides. The electrics are plug-and-play but the fitting takes a bit of effort. I think I'll keep the indicator arrangement as I also have a Mazda Bongo which has the indicators on the left!
I'll be doing some of the necessary jobs on this car and will most likely put that in future videos, so keep an eye out.
