It will be tiny writing but you need it to order replacements from a bearing supplier. Also measure the thickness of the o Ring and the diameter of the outer seal housing to buy new O rings as well. You simply knock the seal out with a suitably sized large socket and a dead blow hammer. Clean the housing with scotch brite and brake cleaner. Then gently tap the new seal into place with a large socket that engages the edge of the seal. If you have a large vice use that. Even better if you have a press use that.
I one a seal seating set with a lot of different sized seal drivers with is great for the alloy seals which are more easily broken.
