Title: Rotor Compatibility Post by: SIMid on June 20, 2017, 11:27:16 PM Hi everyone,
My mechanic who had put my spider through "the pits" is not sure if the current rotors will pass. He was checking rotor depths and said if not, I will need to get a set. Question I have is that, will rotors from a Coupe or HPE fit the Spider? I have been told that they are all compatible (fronts are the same and rears are the same for all), except for the Monte. Just thought I'll ask as I may come across a set of discs. Thanks! Title: Re: Rotor Compatibility Post by: peteracs on June 21, 2017, 05:32:50 AM Hi
All Beta front rotors are the same, so Coupe/HPE will fit as well Peter Title: Re: Rotor Compatibility Post by: SIMid on June 21, 2017, 07:44:47 AM Hi All Beta front rotors are the same, so Coupe/HPE will fit as well Peter Hi Peter, the same deal with the rears? All rear rotors are compatible across the Coupe/HPE/Spider? Title: Re: Rotor Compatibility Post by: HFStuart on June 21, 2017, 08:08:59 AM Yep.

All rear rotors are compatible across the Coupe/HPE/Spider? As Stuart says, all the same, so no chance of getting mixed up, the fronts are different to the backs, though appear similar. There was a member on the Lancisti site who had problems sourcing the rears in the US, but they appear available in Europe, hopefully not a great problem sourcing either for you in Oz? Also curious if they are called rotors or discs over there? But when I call up asking for parts, they seem to call them rotors. Thanks for the replies everyone! I have also emailed about 6 or 7 manufacturers who use to produce discs but unforantley none are willing to put them back into production. I have tracked down a few but it does come at a cost... https://www.bielstein.com/Brake-disc-rear-axle-set-2-pieces-Lancia-Beta (https://www.bielstein.com/Brake-disc-rear-axle-set-2-pieces-Lancia-Beta) http://autoricambifirat.it/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=5_509_516&products_id=12463 (http://autoricambifirat.it/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=5_509_516&products_id=12463) https://www.amazon.it/Brembo-08-2597-10-Disco-Anteriore-dischi/dp/B005O97GNG/ref=au_as_r?_encoding=UTF8&n=1571280031&newVehicle=1&s=automotive&selectVehicleSource=vehicle%20attributes&submodelId=7581 (https://www.amazon.it/Brembo-08-2597-10-Disco-Anteriore-dischi/dp/B005O97GNG/ref=au_as_r?_encoding=UTF8&n=1571280031&newVehicle=1&s=automotive&selectVehicleSource=vehicle%20attributes&submodelId=7581) Cheers George |
