Assuming this is what you are after.... There is a good replacement gear selector bush kit available from John Montgomery (bertoneman@aol.com) in the US which comes well recommended. Drop him a mail and he can send details etc, nice guy and President of Fiat club in US from memory. They are also available from various sources as I understand it, but he is the original source.
