Title: Spider Clarion stereo removal Post by: jreacock on August 11, 2015, 12:56:50 AM Hi. Does anyone know how to remove a stereo from the Spider dash? (81 - X reg 2000). I think it's the factory fitted one. There's a gap in the dash material either side, and there seems to be some bracket parts that you can flex - but they don't really seem to do anything other than to bend slightly and spring back. I'll try and upload a pic tomorrow.

First thing is to remove the knobs from the radio and the nuts behind them. Then it's some screws under the ashtray I think.
