It has some rust under the left front passenger seat. I think it's repairable. The dashboard is cracked. Any suggestions on how to refurbish the dash. General conclusion seems to be to glue on a covering. Most of the pre-facelift dashes have cracked, so it's unlikely you'd find a good one. Some form of filler would be the other way to go I guess.

I have read posts on other forums where others have grounded down the cracks and then filled and sprayed the dash. Any ideas?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I think those cracks look pretty deep but you could give it a try. You can always cover it over later if that doesn't work. Otherwise maybe consider an upholsterer and getting a cover made in leather

I am leaning towards finding a professional repairer. My previous beta had a carpet on the dash and really bugged me. I would like the dash to be as close to perfect. The instrument cluster is in very good condition. Only the plastic/Perspex cover has yellowed, hoping it will polish out.
