Title: BetaBoyz headlamp sets Post by: smithymc on April 02, 2014, 08:13:39 PM I am looking for a bit of advice if I may.
I fitted the lamps to my Coupe last year and all has been well, other than the MOT tester didn't like them much ( still passed it) This made me think I may be at fault, but the only thing I think I could have done wrong is put the wrong lamp in the wrong place/orientation. I have the H4 unit( I don't think the bulbs are interchangeable- I may be wrong) on the outside and the inner unit (lens marked 'AUTOPAL) with the H1 as a main beam. I attach a photo if that might help. Any help appreciated. I have e-mailed Mark W, but appreciate he is a busy chap. H1 and H4 bulbs are not interchangeable as they have totally different fitting.

Mine are wired to work correctly - dipped outside, main inner- I just wanted to know if I have the correct lens in the right position ,as this will influence ( I would think) the pattern thrown and the effectiveness of the 'dip'. Mark Title: Re: BetaBoyz headlamp sets Post by: MattNoVAT on April 03, 2014, 05:38:47 PM You have them positioned correctly, but you probably need to adjust them via the adjuster screws on the back, these determine the pitch and angle of the beams.
