Title: What's this tank from? Post by: droptop on September 05, 2012, 06:04:42 PM Yesterday, I bought a vanload of coupe and HPE spares as I needed a few bits but they came in a job lot.
I'm in the process of identifying and grading everything to sell on e-bay after I take what I need but two things have me puzzled. Item number one is a combined washer reservoir and radaitor overflow bottle in black and white and is a very large flat thing unlike anything I've seen before which leads me to believe it's from a HPE/VX. Am I correct in thinking this? Also, the head I got has a small distributor mounted on the end of the exhaust cam so IE head maybe? Title: Re: What's this tank from? There are two types of distributors with and without a vacuum advance element. My IE (early version) does not have it. As far as I know VXs have it.
