However, as any Greek scholar knows, hubris in front of the Gods is the greatest sin! Stopped at the petrol station on the way home. The guy in the queue asked if I'd just washed my car? Not in brown coolant I hadn't. Back home a good tighten of the bottom hose clip seems to have stemmed the tide (the body shop had the radiator out while fixing the front cross member). Did you see the totally rotten 1300 on eBay last week? I had thought mine might have been the last pre-facelift left in the UK , though I can't see that one making it back to the road unfortunately.

Description is incorrect as of course they didn't do a 1300 coupé until the second series and strictly speaking it was sold as 'lancia 1300 coupé', the 1300 wasn't a Beta until the S2FL
