Title: DCNF + Block Distributor Post by: HFStuart on June 18, 2012, 09:47:57 AM While I was dropping my 147 off at the Fiat specialist in Bury this morning (bugger) I saw a powder blue F/L Coupe with it's engine out.
Eddie the owner said he'd been having some problems fiting the carbs to the manifold. He said that the right hand carb fouled on the distributor and asked what I thought. Not having had anything to do with downdraft carbs I couldn't add much other than suggest a cam mounted distributor. Do DCNFs usually foul? Is there a solution? |
